By registering to access the School Health Check, you agree that information submitted (including self-assessment information, uploaded evidence and next steps) may be accessed by Leeds City Council and for East Sussex Schools they may be accessed by East Sussex County Council and the East Sussex School Health Service for the purposes of providing appropriate and timely support to schools and to help inform future services and support for schools, children, young people and families.
